Sun Energy

Sun Energy is a clean technology and renewable energy startup that aims to democratize energy by building solar power plants and harnessing the power of crowd raising/crowd funding and private placements. With the support of 18,000 investors who purchase a blockshare worth or each investing $10,000, Or a single institutional investor or group who purchase the entire 18 000 block shares. We aim to raise a total of $180,000,000 over the course of 6 months every year to build and launch 50MW solar power plant.

With corresponding Freezones for each Sun Energy solar power plant over the course of five years wherein $1.8 Billion will be raised for the Sun Energy Consolidated Solar Power Plant. Our goal is to build twenty of 50MW solar power plants consecutively, resulting in a consolidated power output of 1,000MW. Additionally, we expect to expand our capacity by 50MW each year, leading to an additional power output of 1,000MW.

The initial 1,000MW of power generated will be sold to Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) under the Transmission Agreement and Power Purchasing Agreement we have in place with them. The additional 1,000MW resulting from the expansion will be sold directly to institutional markets, including mines, mining operations, agriculture industries, gated complexes, and freezones focused on clean tech manufacturing. As part of our power project, we will be developing solar technology freezones.

In order to drive adoption of our solar technology, we have developed a proof of work crypto currency called Solaris. This crypto currency will be powered by 10 solar farms built by Sun Energy. Additionally, we plan to build urban sub solar power stations to provide energy to urban residents, further promoting the adoption of Solaris Token.

Our business model is built on multiple revenue streams, with a clear target institutional market and a total addressable market. Alongside our power plant projects, we will also focus on manufacturing Photovoltaic products, solar panels, inverters, regulators, lighting, and other related products in the Freezones. We are also exploring the manufacturing of smartphone batteries and accessories. By integrating backward processes, we aim to secure sustainable operations, including building lithium mining and processing operations, making Sun Energy self-reliant with strategic verticals.

Our international partners will benefit from our expansion into emerging markets, while these markets will gain from technology transfer, corporate venture partnerships, and our startup process and procedure called Corporate Startup in the Wakambi Freezones. The Sun Energy Solar Power Plant development project is also backed by government guarantees, further ensuring its success.

We are seeking investment from interested parties to contribute to our crowd raising/crowd funding and private placements as we embark on this revolutionary clean technology and renewable energy journey. By investing in Sun Energy, you will not only support the democratization of energy but also benefit from our unique business model and potential for growth.
